We have had nothing but wonderful experiences with this dealership! About a year and a half ago, we were in the market for a new family vehicle and had our eyes set on a Chevy Traverse. We went in to look at it, and as soon as we saw it, we just knew it was the one. We had the pleasure of working with Andy, who helped us with the test drive and walked us through the entire process. Unfortunately, I didn't qualify for the vehicle on my own, and my husband was overseas at the time but was due home the following week. Andy went above and beyond to help us out. He was kind enough to pull some strings and hold the vehicle until my husband could get home to sign with me. That alone left such a lasting impression on us. Fast forward about 18 months, and due to some unfortunate circumstances, we found ourselves needing another vehicle. Thankfully, we already had Andy's contact information, and he was just as eager to help us the second time around! We knew we wanted a used 2025 Chevy Equinox, and I was constantly checking the dealership's website for new arrivals. About two weeks into our search, I noticed a new listing that was exactly what we were looking for, but there were no pictures yet. I reached out to Andy, and within 15–30 minutes, he sent us a video of the vehicle while it was still going through inspection. I just had a feeling that was going to be our next vehicle! The following weekend, we were able to come in, test drive it, and make the purchase. Both times we have worked with Andy and this dealership, we have felt genuinely cared for. We have never felt like it was just about making a sale or getting our money. The experience has always felt personal, honest, and stress-free. My husband and I have always been Chevy people, and we don't see that changing anytime soon! Thanks to Andy and this dealership, we now have two reliable vehicles for our growing family. We truly appreciate everything Andy has done for us, and we couldn't recommend him or this dealership enough. We will definitely continue coming back!

Had a great experience today at Bill Cramer. My sale guy Andy was very knowledgeable, patient and made me feel very comfortable with my purchase. I would 100% go back to him if I am in the market again for another vehicle. Tyler in Finance was also great to work with. He explained everything and pas patient as I was weighing my options and calculating numbers in my head. Over all great experience.

The customer service rep (I think his name was Clay) was outstanding when I had my oil changed and tires rotated on the 15th of October. Great customer service and professionalism from him!

I had a great experience at Bill Cramer Chevrolet when it was time for a "new to me" car. Andy listened to what I wanted and needed and came up with the perfect option. Calvin and Paul were also great to work with. They were all patient and very helpful!

Dealership only paid $130 on a $540 tow bill for warranty issue. I don’t think that is fair.

Took care of our issues on our 2025 Chevy Traverse. Also fixed issue on alignment done at another dealer didn’t get correct.
