I rolled in from out of town on a Thursday night Turbo in 3500 went out 17 miles from Bill Cramer pulling boat, I dropped off Friday morning around 5:45 am by 10 it was diagnosed , covered by warranty, it took a couple of weeks to get parts. Matt Telledo kept me informed from start to finish. It could not of happened at a better time or place. Would recommend their service dept to all family and friends

Never bought from there but had to drop my Buick off while on vacation after the dealership i bought it from said they couldn't find anything wrong with it and the service department was top knoch. I had to replace something due to a safety recall on my vehicle. The person who booked my appointment was professional, courteous, and explained everything in detail. All service representatives were complimentary, efficient, and communicative. They provided a courtesy ride back to my house while I waited. The work done on my vehicle was perfect, and the car was immaculate when returned!

This is going to be a double review of service and sales. I brought my car into service because another shop damaged it beyond repair. Mark was super helpful through the process and even though I did have to bring my car back again because the problem wasn’t fixed.. he was patient. After a few days of diagnostics and test drives with techs, we realized that the only option was for me to trade it in and buy another car, there was too much money quoted to “maybe” fix the problem. We lost our car keys while in town for a wedding. We called Bill Cramer GM and they were so nice and helpful to replace our key and get us on the road home without having an appointment. We were traveling with young children and they had snacks and helped keep them entertained. They even had a shuttle that took us to a near by restaurant and picked us up when we were done eating. I am very thankful for their kind and help employees!
