Well, the Service Manager actually saved it for us... Driving to FL from TX, our A/C quit blowing about half way through the 11.5 hr trip! We called ahead to the Chevy dealership closest to where we were staying for a couple of days, and made an appt for Monday first thing. Well, we were told from the moment we called that they get diagnostics done in 2-3 days as they are the only dealership around for miles. So, we went ahead and left it at 0700 on Monday. Well, the problem we had overall - beyond the A/C issue - was that our service advisor didn't communicate!! He sent me a text letting me know I could reach out to him on that number...but then when I did, I got NOTHING BACK for two days!! I wasn't sure they were going to be able to do anything as the A/C had started blowing again by the time we dropped it off. So, on Weds they were just getting to diagnosing ours by mid-morning...the one text he did respond to...but then, late afternoon I kept checking back asking what was up, and NOTHING!! Called just before 5pm to speak to him and the switchboard said they were all in a meeting. I asked her to PLEASE have him call me back before he left for the day and NOTHING!! So, we paid for another night's stay as we were past our scheduled reservation by this time. Next morning, my husband called and spoke to a different service advisor and she asked my husband what the car was brought in for. He reviewed the whole story again with her and said she was 'adding' some of it to the notes! Like, it wasn't already in the system from the day we dropped it off...and he quickly got off the phone and said they were still trying to diagnose the problem. I then called right back and asked for the Service Manager who was not available at the moment, and was told he would call me back. He called likely within 10-15min and began explaining what had transpired the last couple days and how they couldn't get the A/C to stop blowing again, and thus, they aren't going to guess and submit for unnecessary repairs to the warranty company. I calmly let him know I understood that, but unfortunately, our service advisor basically ignored my communications and had we known what they were doing (planning to try again that day to make the problem happen), we would have just come the afternoon prior and picked up our car and headed back!! He understood my frustrations and said that they are a small, family-owned dealership and that they don't expect customers to be treated that way. He said because of the inconvenience and issues, that he would cover the rental car cost for those 3 days!! I was not asking for that, but was grateful that he HEARD me and was willing to do that for us. Then, when we arrived to the dealership about 20min after that, my service advisor let me know that they weren't charging us for the diagnostic fee either and we were all set to go!! I definitely wasn't expecting that!! WOW! Now that is some GREAT SERVICE RECOVERY RIGHT THERE! I didn't get the chance to meet the Service Manager, but I hope he gets my message! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!

Had an issue with my 2019 Chevy Silverado LT. Sermed like transmission was slipping and because I bought it used,I had no way to know if the thing had been serviced. Aaron looked up Vin and we really could not tell about transmission. Eng oil was up to date. So I took it to him at 1200. He called at 1400 and it was ready,shifting like a new truck. So far so good

If I could give them a 10 I would. The entire process was easier than going to McDonald’s I told Dave what I wanted and what I was willing to spend. And that’s all it took the man went on a mission and wouldn’t take no for an answer from anyone. I also cannot leave out Tyler and Mike. Absolutely awesome guys. My business will stay with yall.

Stephen L was super helpful and stepped in to help us. He genuinely cared about giving good service and fitting us with a vehicle that not only worked with our budget but made us happy when we drove away. We may have spent the day looking at multiple cars but Stephen and Paul worked their butts off to get the payments where we needed for our dream car. We are so grateful.

My family is big into camping. Roughly 3 years ago, we were passing through Panama City and started to have a little car trouble with our tow vehicle. I decided it was time for a new truck. While our sales woman did a great job we were more than impressed with the magic Paul Wilson was able to work when we sat down for finance. We were so happy that we have made the 5 1/2 hour drive from Daytona twice to purchase a car for our family since then. Our most recent purchase our beautiful red GMC Acadia was purchased with Greg Behnke as the salesman. These two guys make one hell of a team and I hope they continue working together for many years. I have about 60k miles on my truck now and after the camping trip that caused me to trade in my last truck I like to keep under a certain mileage and will need a truck soonish lol.

Luis Batista, Jack, and a few others are always amazing. Hands down, best place to take your car. Never listen to those small shops when they say "we are an extension of a dealership". Like the ones on the beach that over price your repairs, break things then say this went wrong and make you cover the cost. Bill Cramer is honest, his employees are top notch and the business is legit. I will always come here for my vehicle needs.

Erica did a great job with the outside temperature sensor repair. She kept the details clear, stayed professional, and made sure the information was handled without any confusion. The communication came across steady and easy to follow, and the repair process felt organized from start to finish. Erica handled everything with care and made the service experience feel fair and well managed.

Highly recommend buying a vehicle here. Andy and the rest of the crew are amazing to work with, patient with my indecisiveness and just really know how to take care of their customers. I want to give credit where it’s due. Brett, Greg, and Mark at Bill Cramer Chevrolet helped get my vehicle repaired and worked to get me into a rental as soon as they could, which I genuinely appreciated. Unfortunately, there was one issue with my experience that I still don’t understand. During the service, my dash cam was unplugged. The repair involved the brake modulator, so I’m unclear why it was necessary for the technician to disconnect equipment that, as far as I understand, was unrelated to the repair. What made this more frustrating was that reconnecting the dash cam wasn’t as simple as plugging it back in. I spent a few hours troubleshooting and recalibrating the system and ultimately had to contact the dash cam manufacturer’s customer service for assistance. Brett was supposed to get back to me with an explanation as to why the technician disconnected it, but I never received that follow-up. That was disappointing, especially after the positive assistance I received from Brett, Greg, and Mark with the actual vehicle repair and rental. Unfortunately, Bill Cramer Chevrolet is also the closest practical Chevrolet dealership for me for warranty service, so I will likely have to continue bringing my vehicle there. Going forward, I’ll simply make it very clear when dropping off my vehicle that nothing unrelated to the repair should be disconnected, adjusted, or otherwise disturbed without first speaking with me. I appreciate that they fixed the vehicle and helped with transportation, but communication and respect for a customer’s installed equipment are important as well. I hope my next service experience is better in that regard.

Had an issue with my car on the drive from Ohio to Florida. Made an appointment and took car in. I described the issue and let them know I had 5 days before I would need to leave. They misdiagnosed the issue and made repairs to something that had nothing to do with the problem. The issue came back within 10 minutes of leaving the dealer. When I got home I went to a local dealer and they were shocked at what Bill Cramer had done. They found a solution within minutes as it was a known problem that was covered under warranty. All they had to do was reprogram the radio, not replace the brakes for $1600 like Bill Cramer did. I called the Service Manager at Bill Cramer and was told everything they did was legit even if it didnt fix the issue. They promised they would send a check for $100 to cover the coupon price I could have used. A month later and nothing has arrived. So not only do I feel I was completely taken advantage of by being an out of town customer but then feel like I was lied to by the service manager who promised me the $100 dollar rebate and has not followed through. Mind you I was charged $1600 for a repair job that I was not even having issues with and that was left incomplete. They did cover the cost my local dealer had to expend the complete the job but did not take care of me. Be VERY CAREFUL especially if you are from out of town.

Had the oil and filter changed along with the fuel filter on my 2022 Chevrolet High Country 2500HD duramax. They honored the online price for the fuel filter and applied my members points on the bill. A great money savings advantage!

Recently needed a new truck after my 2025 Silverado was struck by lightning and going through a difficult insurance claim. Theo and the finance team worked with me on my timeline and reserved my new truck for a small deposit until my claim settlement went through. Theo was attentive, friendly and understanding of my situation. This is the 3rd vehicle I’ve bought from Bill Cramer and I’m always a satisfied customer.

Service was done in a timely manner. Was kept advised the entire time. Nice clean spacious waiting area The express lane service lounge was very nice. It was also nice that appointments took priority over walk ins

I rolled in from out of town on a Thursday night Turbo in 3500 went out 17 miles from Bill Cramer pulling boat, I dropped off Friday morning around 5:45 am by 10 it was diagnosed , covered by warranty, it took a couple of weeks to get parts. Matt Telledo kept me informed from start to finish. It could not of happened at a better time or place. Would recommend their service dept to all family and friends
